Refund policy

At Moodwayz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving the product under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective product received

For size-related issues, customers are eligible for exchange only.


MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO

To claim any return, refund, or damaged item issue:

  • Customers must record a proper unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show the issue.
  • Claims without valid unboxing proof may be rejected.

PRODUCT CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unwashed
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be in original packaging
  • Be in the same condition as received

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized products
  • Gift items
  • Special edition/custom orders
  • Used or damaged products caused by customers

SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

If the ordered size does not fit:

  • Customers may request a size exchange within 5 days.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange request per order may be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible returns and exchanges, Moodwayz will bear the return shipping cost.


REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Refund approval will be processed within 3 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Depending on the payment provider or bank, additional processing time may apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


REFUSAL OF RETURNS

Moodwayz reserves the right to reject return or refund requests if:

  • The product fails inspection
  • Required proof is not provided
  • Return request exceeds policy period
  • Product is damaged by misuse
